CNC Punching & Forming
Our machine shop houses state of the art CNC multi-station punching machines from Nisshinbo & Amada, allowing us to produce items from stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel from 0.5mm to 6.0mm in thickness and ensuring accuracy to within 0.01mm.
An extensive tool library allows limitless cut outs including specialised forming tools for louvers to provide ventilation, electrical knockouts and embossing tools.
Three CNC brake presses with capacities of up to 3 metres and 6mm thick serve all our folding requirements.
